The Margarita “On the Rocks”
- 1 oz Agave Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Tequila
- Rim the glass with kosher salt. Do this by rubbing a wedge of lime along the edge of a glass and carefully rubbing the edge of the glass in a dish prepared with kosher salt. Fill with ice and set aside.
- Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and fill with ice until it is 3/4 full.
- Seal tightly.
- Give it a good shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into your prepared glass.
