The Gin Fizz:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3-4 oz Sparkling Water
Directions:
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup and gin to your cocktail shaker.
- Add ice until the shaker is 3/4 full.
- Seal the shaker tightly and hold on tightly. Give it a good shake for 10-15 seconds.
- Take off the top and strain into a Collins glass or champagne flute with ice.
- Fill the glass to the top with sparkling water.
