The Dark and Stormy

Ingredients:

• 1/4 oz Lime Juice
• 2 oz dark Rum
• 3-4 oz Ginger beer

Instructions:

• Add ice to a Collins or pint glass.
• Add lime juice and dark rum.
• Fill the glass to the top with ginger beer.
• Garnish with a wedge of lime
